Tobania.Digital is looking for an UX Designer who will work together as a team on projects for our clients. Your 'definition of done' is not limited to delivering a beautiful website. You want your product to be easy to use and score 200% on usability. In short: you want to make people happy and create 'experiences' with beautiful and useful interfaces!

What do UX Designers do at Tobania?
- Defining requirements based on the needs of the customer, organization and end user. You gain relevant (customer) insights by using UX research methods, such as in-depth interviews and usability testing.
- Through workshops you provide the teams with relevant insights from a user’s perspective.
- You make use of wireframing, prototyping and user testing to turn problems into opportunities.
- You provide an accessible structure by setting up an information architecture.
- At the end you deliver a user friendly, innovative and intuitive interface. Together with the customer you will come to the right insights to realize the online goals.
What profile are we looking for?
We have a few essentials in mind. But even more important than the list below, is your willingness and drive to go for it together!

- A few years of practical experience.
- You're fluent in prototyping/design tools like Sketch, Axure, Adobe CC, Invision, ...
- Be digital-minded and know how to design and deliver wireframes and UI designs. Together with your client you strive for the best result for both the end user and the company.
- You support the positions you take with solid research. Can you tell a compelling, data-driven story?
- You believe in the importance of user-centered-design and don't shy away from performing user tests yourself.
- Languages: Dutch and English (French is a Plus).
