- Maintaining a business relationship with the client regarding the web project and for the maintenance.
- Team coaching
- You identify requirements; establish clear and achievable objectives and make it clear for the developers.
- Creating a set of detailed project plans and establish baselines.
- Balancing competing demands for quality, scope, time, cost and managing the contract and billing.
- Driving project progress, reviewing status, and taking corrective actions when required
- Ensuring the deliverables conform to quality standards and writing documentation
- Ensuring client requirements for the project are met
- Managing communications with all stakeholders (internal and external); adapting plans or approach to stakeholders
Besides your obvious drive and motivation, you’ll increase your chances by ticking as many of these boxes as possible
- Preferably, you have 2+ years of experience as a (web) project manager, with expertise in Drupal/Wordpress/Kentico technologies.
- Agile, waterfall or scrum haven’t got secrets for you anymore.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus.
- As a true project manager, you are flexible and don’t have a 9-5 mentality.
- You are proactive, decisive and can set priorities.
- As a true leader, you have the necessary people skills to coach the team.
- Knowledge of Project Management tools is a plus.
